Read more about the recently released (September 1, 2010) “A Summary of the February 2010 Forum on the Future of Nursing: Education – Institute of Medicine.” The Forum, which was convened in February 2010, was hosted by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Initiative on the Future of Nursing and focused on issues relevant to nursing education, including innovations, new models, barriers and opportunities. The information and perspectives discussed at this forum will inform a final report on the future of nursing, expected to be released in October 2010.
